Shipping & Returns

Please note that you will be billed once your order is ready to be shipped.

Orders are normally shipped in less than 5 business days. If an order will take longer to ship than 5 business days, we will inform you by email. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason we will inform you as quickly as possible. We will issue you a refund if prepaid. We do not require a minimum order. However, you may find that shipping charges tend to be proportionately high on very small orders.

Return Policy: No returns are accepted without authorization within 5 days of receiving the item. You must first have authorization before returning the item. Purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items. Full refund of purchase price of items (not including shipping and insurance costs) occurs upon return of the item in its original condition. Please, email us if you have any concerns.

Returned Items due to incorrect shipping address (PLEASE double check your shipping address): If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, and your order is returned to us, additional shipping will be applied to your account for re-shipping. Please Note: We are not responsible for longer shipping times that may occur through the delivery service but we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Damaged Items or Lost Packages: For Items that have not arrived and appear to be Lost in the Mail: Claims take 30 days to begin processing. For insured items that arrive damaged, please contact us so that we may begin to process a claim for reimbursement.

International Shipping: For international orders one of our customer service representatives will quote additional expenses after checkout. We ship International Orders by Air and Ground Economy. International orders may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are your responsibility. Please Note: Once the international packages leave the our Post Office, we are unable to track your package. If you would like to track your package(s), you will need to contact your postal server or customs department and provide them with the customs number we provide you. Additional duties from customs and any items removed by customs is your responsibility. Over the past two years, customs laws along with security has changed with different forms being required. We do our best to keep up with the weekly and/or monthly changes to the international shipping rules and laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of item(s) which will be charged duty and if the item(s) are allowed into your country.
